The chalkboard gift tags that have been popping up on pinterest this holiday season have piqued my interest. This weekend I took a deeper look into how I could make a few of these reusable gift tags myself and was surprised at how easy they are to put together.

Supplies:

Step One: Drill a hole in each wooden cut out large enough to thread your ribbon through.

Step Two: Spray paint both sides of the wooden cut out. Make sure side one is completely dry before you flip over the wooden cut out to paint the other side.

Step Three: Secure the decorative jewels on the wooden cutouts using a bit of super glue.

Step Four: String each gift tag with a bit of ribbon.
